Hawaiian Banana Bread

Ripe bananas: 3-4, mashed

All-purpose flour: 2 cups

Granulated sugar: 1 cup

Eggs: 2, beaten

Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup

Baking soda: 1 teaspoon

Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Crushed pineapple, drained: 1/2 cup

Shredded coconut: 1/2 cup

Chopped macadamia nuts (optional): 1/2 cup

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, oil, and vanilla.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just moistened. Fold in pineapple, coconut, and nuts.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
