Scones Recipe


10 cups of flour

10 teaspoons of baking powder

500g of Margerine

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon of vannila essence

2 cups of Amasi

11/2cup of white Sugar

salt


Bowl one: In an empty bowl put Sugar, flour,baking powder,salt, 500g cold margerine(from the fridge).

Rub them togather until they resemble crumbs.


Bowl 2:In an empty bowl beat your eggs, vannila essence and Amasi togather. (leave small nyana egg aside for brushing your scones ontop)

Mix Bowl 1(dry ingredients) and Bowl 2(wet ingredients until they form a dough.


On a floured surface roll the dough(ofcoz with a rolling pin).


Cut your dough using cookie cutter.

Brush your scones ontop.


In a preheated oven 200 Degrees Celsius Oven. Bake your scones until they are brown.
